About Garrett R.

Garrett R. Chambers built a legal education across multiple campuses and countries. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of La Verne in 2011, then completed a J.D. at Western State University College of Law in 2014. While in law school he spent a summer abroad through William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law in Madrid. He later attended the Trial Lawyers College for trial advocacy training in 2017.

After law school, Chambers moved into courtroom work. He joined CHAMBERS & NORONHA as a trial lawyer in 2015 and has tried cases in state and federal settings since then. He is admitted to practice in North Dakota, the District of Columbia, California and Hawaii, and he has handled matters that required filings and appearances across those jurisdictions. His early training at the Trial Lawyers College informed his approach to trial preparation and witness examination.

Chambers is an active participant in professional organizations. He has held membership in the Orange County Bar Association since 2015 and has been part of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association board since 2019. He has been a member of the Consumer Lawyers of California and the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles since 2015, and he belongs to the North Dakota State Bar Association since 2017. Those roles have kept him connected to peers who handle contested civil matters and offered regular opportunities for continuing legal education.

Colleagues describe Chambers as a lawyer who prefers the detail work of litigation: drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and preparing exhibits for trial. He practices in courts where he is admitted and carries cases to verdict when necessary. His courtroom style is direct and procedural; he prepares witnesses and builds courtroom narratives in ways intended to present evidence clearly to judges and juries.

Outside the courtroom, Chambers has kept ties to regional legal communities through association involvement and local bar events. He has taken training and attended seminars aimed at preserving trial skills and staying current on procedural developments. He continues to work at CHAMBERS & NORONHA, where he handles trial litigation and related courtroom matters.
