About Mark Howard
Mark Howard Shafer built his legal foundation at Chapman University. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 and went on to earn a J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2007. Those years framed the start of a steady professional trajectory in California law.
