About Garrett James
Garrett James Tuck built his legal foundation in Missouri. He earned a J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, completing his degree in 2015. He also spent time at Creighton University School of Law in 2012 and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
He began his connection to the law long before law school. As a paralegal at Montee Law Office in 2004 he handled the daily tasks that keep a small firm running. He returned to that office as a law clerk in 2013, and in the same year also worked as a law clerk at O'Connor Law Office. Those early years gave him steady courtroom exposure and a practical sense of case preparation.
After earning his J.D., he transitioned to a lawyer role at Montee Law Office in 2015. That job placed him in front of clients and judges, managing matters from intake through resolution. In 2017 he joined DiPasquale Moore as a lawyer. The move marked a shift into a different firm environment and brought fresh responsibilities. His work has involved regular practice in Missouri, the state where he is licensed to work.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in the way he approaches casework. He tends to break complex problems into clear, manageable steps. He favors direct communication with clients and practical planning over elaborate rhetoric. Those habits grew out of years of wearing multiple hats in small-firm settings — paralegal, clerk, then attorney — roles that demand both detailed preparation and an ability to adapt quickly.
Tuck maintains active practice in Missouri and is based at the DiPasquale Moore office. He handles matters that arise in Missouri courts and represents clients through litigation and related legal processes. He currently practices at DiPasquale Moore, representing clients in matters before Missouri courts.
