About Gabriel Brandon
Gabriel Brandon Lenhart is a California lawyer who built his practice in the foothills of Nevada County after completing law school. He arrived in the legal world with a law degree in hand and a steady line of practical experiences behind him.
He earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012. Before that he completed a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration at San Diego State University in 2006. Those academic credentials framed a move from southern California into the Sacramento region and then into local practice.
Lenhart’s early work mixed direct service and legal support. In 2009 he worked as a legal research assistant and paralegal for Ronald Turner, Esq., performing research and assisting with case preparation. In 2011 he served as a resource facilitator at the Victims of Crime Resource Center, a role that exposed him to client-facing advocacy and the systems that support victims.
In 2012 he held roles at a company called Stone Cobra, where he served as a strategic analyst and as director of professional services and in-house counsel. That same year he opened his own firm, The Law Offices of Gabriel Lenhart. He has run that practice since 2012, balancing private practice responsibilities with other professional commitments.
Outside the office Lenhart has taken on a series of volunteer and leadership posts in the local bar and nonprofit communities. He served as secretary and then vice president of the Nevada County Bar Association before becoming its president in 2016, a position he continues to hold. He also serves as secretary for Gold Country Community Services and has been active with US Senior Vets as a VA-accredited lawyer and veteran’s advocate since 2012. Those roles reflect sustained involvement in local legal organizations and veterans’ assistance programs.
He is admitted to practice in California and is authorized to appear before the Ninth Circuit. His background combines courtroom and administrative exposure, legal research and direct service to victims and veterans. Today he maintains a solo practice at The Law Offices of Gabriel Lenhart. He handles matters that include veterans’ advocacy and assistance for victims of crime, and represents clients in California state courts and the Ninth Circuit.
