About Frank

Frank Sellers earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. He built his early legal foundation in Texas courts and in classrooms that emphasized practical skills alongside doctrinal study.

He began his professional career at Hurley & Guinn, joining the firm as an associate in 2012. A year later he rose to partnership as the firm reorganized under the name Hurley, Guinn & Sellers. Those years placed him squarely in day-to-day practice, where he handled matters that required steady courtroom work and careful case management.

Sellers is admitted to practice in Texas and is also admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. Those admissions reflect a breadth of licensure that covers both state forums and the narrow federal channel into the nation's highest court. They have allowed him to pursue litigation across different procedural environments and to advise clients on questions that cross state and federal lines.

After his time at Hurley, Guinn & Sellers he established his own office. He now operates Sellers Law Office. In private practice he has continued to handle matters that draw on his years in the courtroom and on his familiarity with appellate procedure and trial preparation. Colleagues describe him as methodical in case work and exacting with deadlines.

Outside casework he has maintained professional ties locally. He holds current memberships in bar and professional groups, where he keeps up with developments in practice and procedure. Those affiliations have informed his approach to litigation and client counseling, especially when rules and precedent evolve.

Sellers practices in Texas and accepts matters that require admission to federal forums, including cases eligible for consideration by the U.S. Supreme Court. He currently practices at Sellers Law Office, concentrating on litigation in both state and federal courts.
