About F. Anthony

F. Anthony Bullock attended Morehouse College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2006. He went on to pursue a law degree at Widener University Commonwealth Law School and received his J.D. in 2008. Those formative years set the stage for a practice that crosses state lines and reaches into the federal appellate arena.

His career has been built around the bars where he is admitted to practice: Pennsylvania and Georgia, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. That combination gives him access to state trial work in two jurisdictions and to federal appellate proceedings within the Eleventh Circuit. He has maintained a presence in both states over the years, taking on matters that arise in each jurisdiction and matters that escalate to the federal appellate level.

Bullock’s path through legal education and into practice is straightforward. After Morehouse, he completed law school at Widener. He entered practice soon after law school, and over time established a practice base that serves clients in multiple forums. He has worked in contexts that require understanding of both state court procedure and the particular rules that govern federal appellate practice.

Colleagues describe him as measured in court and careful in preparation. He approaches filings and advocacy with attention to procedural detail and an eye toward clear presentation of facts and law. That approach is useful whether handling contested matters in state court or briefing appeals in the federal system.

At the office level, he is associated with Bullock Firm, P.C. The firm serves clients whose matters fall within Pennsylvanian and Georgian jurisdictional lines and those that may proceed to the Eleventh Circuit. At the firm he prepares pleadings, manages case logistics, and represents clients in hearings and appellate filings when cases move beyond the trial court.

Outside of courtroom and office work, he keeps current on developments in case law that affect practice in his admitted jurisdictions. He has continued to practice across both states and before the federal appellate court through the mid-2020s.

He currently practices at Bullock Firm, P.C., representing clients in matters in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and in the Eleventh Circuit.
