About Ezra N.
Ezra N. Goldman built a legal career that moves between courtroom work, in-house practice, and private firm management. He has combined steady firm leadership with roles inside a corporate legal department. The result is a professional path that spans nearly three decades.
Goldman earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1993. He earlier completed a B.A. in political science at Wayne State University in 1990. Those years in Detroit shaped the start of his legal trajectory and rooted him in Michigan’s legal community.
He began practice as an associate at the Legal Center of Jack L. Jaffe, PC in 1993. In that role he gained hands-on experience in day-to-day litigation and client counseling. The early courtroom work and client contact provided a practical base for later work in both private and corporate settings.
In 1999 he established the Law Offices of Ezra N. Goldman, PC and took on the title of president. Running a small firm required him to combine casework with administrative responsibilities. He handled client intake, case strategy, and the operational side of a legal practice while continuing to represent individuals and entities in state matters.
In 2005 Goldman added a corporate position to his résumé when he became general counsel for United States Locator Service. That post put him inside a business environment where legal questions intersect with commercial operations. As general counsel he handled compliance issues, contractual matters, and advised management on legal risk. The role complemented his private-practice background and expanded the range of matters he managed.
Goldman is admitted to practice in Michigan and is authorized to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Over the years he has moved between client representation in state courts and appellate work that reaches the federal level. He has balanced trial- and office-based responsibilities, and has overseen the practical aspects of a small firm while offering counsel inside a company.
He continues to lead the Law Offices of Ezra N. Goldman, PC. He maintains a private practice in Michigan and appears in matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
