Mr. Hinchcliffe concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution, personal injury and wrongful death, construction litigation, and employment law. He has litigated more than 50 cases to jury verdicts, including complex personal injury, professional liability, and employment cases. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hinchcliffe has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining McCathern, he was a senior partner with Braden, Hinchcliffe & Hawley, where he served as Litigation Director, overseeing all litigation and handling major trials.

Mr. Hinchcliffe is an active member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). He is fluent in English, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
