About Eric S.

Eric S. Rossman has practiced law in Idaho and federal courts for more than three decades. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boise State University in 1989 and earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1992. Those years set the foundation for a career spent largely in litigation and appellate work.

Soon after graduating from law school, Rossman began building a practice that moved between trial courts and appellate dockets. He is admitted to practice in Idaho and is authorized to appear before the Ninth Circuit and the D.C. Circuit. That combination of state and federal admissions has allowed him to handle matters that proceed from local trial courts to higher appellate review.

Rossman holds memberships in professional organizations that reflect the contours of his work. He is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. He attends association events and participates in continuing legal education programs tied to trial practice and employment law. Those affiliations underline his engagement with litigation and workplace-related disputes, though he has not limited his practice to any single type of case.

Over the years Rossman has guided clients through contested proceedings and written briefs for appellate consideration. His court appearances range from jury trials at the district level to briefs and oral argument before federal appellate panels. He has balanced courtroom work with the written advocacy required on appeal, and he brings that dual perspective to each matter he handles.

Today he practices at Rossman Law Group, PLLC. The firm handles litigation in Idaho state courts and in federal courts that include the Ninth and D.C. Circuits. Rossman continues to maintain memberships in professional associations relevant to trial and employment litigation and remains active in continuing education. He currently practices at Rossman Law Group, PLLC, handling litigation and appeals in Idaho and federal courts.
