Eric Morgan Boeing is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006 and holds bar number 245824. Mr. Boeing earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, graduating in 2006. During his time at Hastings, he served as Articles Editor for the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Mr. Boeing concentrates his practice in the areas of consumer law, bankruptcy, and estate planning. He represents individuals in matters involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, assisting clients in navigating the complexities of debt relief. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Boeing has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Alameda and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at Keller Grover, LLP, from 2007 to 2009.
Mr. Boeing is an active member of the California State Bar and holds a certification as a Notary Public in the State of California. He has been recognized with the Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service Award by the Bar Association of San Francisco's Volunteer Legal Services Program in 2012. Mr. Boeing is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the Bay Area effectively.
