He pursued higher education at the University of Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1967, followed by a Juris Doctor in 1970. Shortly after completing his legal education, he was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in the same year, starting a distinguished legal career that has spanned over five decades. Throughout his career, Mr.
Duke has concentrated on various areas of law, including personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and insurance defense. His experience encompasses defending complex litigation cases, such as those involving asbestos and pesticide lawsuits, as well as general malpractice and liability claims.
