He acted as Liaison and Co-Lead Counsel in In Re Mentor Corp. 2511, was appointed Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel in California’s Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings for all Xarelto cases. Served as Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Counsel in the CR Bard and Neomedic MDLs.
His experience has earned him recognition among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers and selection as one of the Best Lawyers in America. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Potts is an active member of several professional associations, including the American Association for Justice.
