About Dennis M.

Dennis M. Prince built a legal career that starts on the Nevada campus of UNLV and moves through California law school into courtrooms nationwide. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nevada–Las Vegas in 1986 and later took his law degree from California Western School of Law, completing his J.D. in 1993. Those classrooms set the groundwork for a decades-long practice in civil trial work.

He began appearing in cases in the late 1990s and is listed on firm rosters from that period. Records show an affiliation with Eglet Prince in 1997, followed by a senior partnership at Prince Keating, LLC beginning in 2000. In 2015 he is again recorded as a senior partner at Eglet Prince. Over the years he has secured admission to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and in the state of Nevada, and he has tried cases at various levels of the federal and state systems.

Trial work and courtroom experience form a throughline in his career. Colleagues and case lists reflect involvement in high-stakes civil litigation, where jury trials and motion practice are routine. He is a member of organizations that align with that practice: the Nevada chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, where he currently serves as president; the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum; the Nevada Justice Association; the Nevada American Inns of Court; the Clark County Bar Association; and the American Bar Association. Those memberships place him in networks focused on trial technique, appellate advocacy and legal ethics.

His professional path has combined firm leadership and hands-on litigation. As a senior partner he has overseen case strategy, deposition work and the preparation required for trials in state and federal court. He has argued matters in appellate settings and maintained active admissions that allow him to carry cases beyond Nevada when necessary.

Peers describe him as a lawyer who spends most of his time in preparation and persuasion rather than in office administration. He has held leadership roles in bar and trial groups, and he remains active in continuing legal education through those associations. He divides his calendar between courtroom appearances, client work and mentoring younger lawyers at his firm.

He currently practices at Eglet Prince and handles complex civil litigation and trial matters in Nevada and in federal courts where he is admitted to appear.
