Dean Richard Fuchs is a partner at Schulten Ward Turner & Weiss, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 1994, Florida since 1994, and Massachusetts since 1996. The firm, located at 260 Peachtree Street NW, Suite 2700, handles cases involving employment law, business disputes, and business litigation across the Atlanta metropolitan area. He earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1994. Prior to that, he graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in political science in 1991.
During law school, he clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. His practice focuses on employment law, including representing both employers and employees in matters such as wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and wrongful termination cases.
