David Silverman took a nontraditional path to law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Touro College in 2011, then turned to legal study at Nova Southeastern University, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2015. The combination of a business-oriented undergraduate degree and a law degree informs the practical way he approaches cases and client conversations.
After law school, Silverman entered the bar ranks in both New Jersey and Florida. He is admitted to practice in state courts in both jurisdictions and has secured admission to several federal districts in Florida.
