David A. Kulwicki is a seasoned trial lawyer with over 29 years of experience, specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse cases. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1988. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Ohio State Law Journal. After his admission to the Ohio Bar in 1988, Mr. Kulwicki began his legal career at Emens, Hurd, Kegler & Ritter Co., L.P.A., where he worked from 1988 to 1992. Kulwicki Co., L.P.A. (1995–1996). In 1997, he became a partner at Becker & Mishkind Co., L.P.A., contributing to the firm's growth until 2010. That year, he co-founded Mishkind Kulwicki Law Co., L.P.A., where he continues to practice today. Throughout his career, Mr. Kulwicki has been recognized for his expertise in medical negligence.
