About David John

David John Stanoch earned his bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University in 2000 and completed his law degree at Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003. He entered the profession at a time when many new lawyers sought courtroom experience. Stanoch began his legal career immediately after law school in a federal clerkship, serving the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 2003. That early exposure to federal procedure and written opinion drafting shaped his understanding of litigation and the operation of the courts.

After his clerkship, Stanoch moved into private practice. In 2005 he joined Dechert LLP as an associate. His time there placed him in a large-firm environment and gave him experience on complex matters handled by national practices. A decade later he took a position at Golomb & Honik, P.C., where he is listed as an associate beginning in 2015. His career path shows steady movement from clerking to roles in established firms, and it reflects a sustained engagement with litigation and client representation in the region.

Stanoch is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. That dual admission has allowed him to represent clients in state and federal courts across two neighboring jurisdictions. His background in federal court work and experience at national and regional firms has informed how he approaches case preparation, motions practice and client counseling. He is familiar with procedural work in federal court and the local rules and expectations of state courts in the mid-Atlantic.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in his legal research and deliberate in courtroom preparation. He has worked on matters that required coordinated filings across jurisdictions and the management of discovery in complicated cases. Those responsibilities draw on the procedural grounding he developed during his clerkship and his subsequent time in firm practice.

Today Stanoch is an associate at Golomb & Honik, P.C., where he represents clients in matters arising in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He continues to handle litigation-related tasks, including drafting pleadings, preparing motions and managing discovery, and he practices across state and federal forums in the region.

He currently practices at Golomb & Honik, P.C., handling matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
