About David

David Holloway trained at Temple University. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2009, concentrating in business and risk management. He stayed at Temple for law school and received his J.D. from the Beasley School of Law in 2012. The sequence of degrees shaped an early interest in how law intersects with business risk and regulation.

His first post-law school role was at the Delaware Office of the Lawyer General, where he served as a Deputy Lawyer General beginning in 2012. That position placed him inside state government and in the day-to-day work of public-sector legal practice. He handled matters for the office and learned how government clients approach litigation, compliance and public policy questions.

In 2016 his career took a turn toward private practice. He spent part of that year at Harmon and Seidman as a lawyer. Later that same year he opened his own firm, Holloway Law. The move to found a firm gave him direct control over how cases are taken, staffed and managed. It also meant building a client roster from the ground up and handling both business and operational decisions.

Holloway is licensed to practice in New Jersey and in Delaware. That dual jurisdictional standing allows him to represent clients across state lines in the Mid-Atlantic. His background in business and risk management informs how he evaluates disputes and counsel he gives to clients. He combines government experience and private-practice work in a way that aims to anticipate regulatory and litigation hazards before they escalate.

Colleagues and clients have described him as methodical in assembling facts and practical in pursuing outcomes. He often emphasizes clarity in written work and prefers direct, strategic solutions over drawn-out legal maneuvers. Outside the office he maintains professional memberships and stays engaged with developments in the courts and in state regulatory bodies.

He practices from Holloway Law and handles matters in New Jersey and Delaware. His current practice focuses on advising and representing clients across those jurisdictions.
