About David
David Fallon began his academic path at the University of Rochester, where he studied political science and earned a B.A. in 2008. He moved to Brooklyn for law school soon after, enrolling at Brooklyn Law School and completing his J.D. in 2011. Those years produced more than classroom study. He worked as a research assistant at Brooklyn Law School in 2009 and gained practical experience through internships, including a placement at the Innocence Project the same year and a legal internship at MFY Legal Services in 2010.
After law school, Fallon entered private practice and government-side legal work. In 2012 he joined Tully Rinckey PLLC as a lawyer. That role followed his early internships and put him into regular litigation and client work. He has been a member of the State Bar of New York since 2012 and has held memberships in a series of professional organizations that reflect his interests in employment law and federal practice. He joined the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York in 2016, the New York State Bar Association Labor and Employment Section in 2017, and the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association in 2018.
In 2019 Fallon opened his own firm, operating as the Law Offices of David A. Fallon. Running a solo practice shifted his day-to-day responsibilities. He handled intake, strategy and courtroom appearances. His background includes both public interest internships and private firm experience, giving him a range of perspectives when advising clients and preparing cases.
Fallon is licensed to practice in New York. That licensing supports the work he does on state and federal matters. His membership in the labor and employment sections of professional groups signals where much of his practice activity lies. He has maintained active involvement in bar organizations and professional associations since the early 2010s, which keeps him connected to developments in employment law and federal court procedure.
Colleagues and clients describe Fallon as focused on practical legal solutions and courtroom preparedness. He blends litigation experience from his time at a mid-sized firm with the autonomy of running his own office. His practice handles employment and labor disputes, representation before administrative bodies, and related litigation in New York courts. He continues to operate the Law Offices of David A. Fallon and represents clients in employment and labor matters.
