About Davi
Davi Peters began a legal path that combined language, business and steady courtroom work. She attended Skidmore College from 1991 to 1995 and graduated with a B.A. in Business and French. She then enrolled at Boston University School of Law, where she studied from 1996 to 1999 and earned her J.D. Those academic years set a firm foundation for a practice split between two New England jurisdictions.
Her early legal work was hands-on. While still in law school she worked as a paralegal at Mason & Martin, LLP in 1997. That experience led directly to a role as an associate at the same firm upon graduation in 1999. She spent the turn of the century building litigation and client-service experience there. In 2003 she moved to Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C., where she continued her associate-level practice.
Peters is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a current member of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and has been active in the Nashua Bar Association since 2003. Those memberships reflect a professional life rooted in the local courts and bar communities rather than in academic or national bar leadership.
Colleagues describe her work as steady and exacting. She developed her skills through progressive roles at small and mid-size firms, where file management and courtroom preparation are often handled by associates rather than specialized teams. That background created an ability to manage complex case logistics and to draft litigation papers under pressure.
Her practice has followed a regional arc. Beginning with paralegal duties and moving into associate responsibilities, Peters has handled matters that required regular court appearances and interaction with opposing counsel across state lines. She has remained in New England throughout her career and knows the procedural rhythms of both state systems.
Outside the office she has stayed involved in local bar activities. The Nashua Bar Association has been a point of continuity since 2003, and her membership with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers keeps her engaged with regulatory and professional standards in that state. Those ties feed back into daily practice, especially in handling filings and maintaining procedural compliance.
She is currently an associate at Welts, White & Fontaine, PC. Her current practice focuses on representing clients in matters across New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
