About Brenner G.

Brenner G. Webb built his academic foundation in business before turning to law. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College in 2006 and completed his J.D. at the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2013. Those years shaped how he approaches legal problems: pragmatic, detail-oriented and attentive to how legal rules affect everyday operations.

After law school, Webb established his practice in New Hampshire. He is admitted to practice in the state and has worked in private practice since completing his degree. Over time he has applied his undergraduate training in business administration to the practical demands of client work, helping to translate commercial priorities into legal strategy.

Colleagues describe Webb as methodical. He breaks complex matters into manageable steps. That approach shows in client counseling, document work and negotiations. He pays attention to the small provisions that often determine larger outcomes. He is comfortable parsing contracts and regulatory materials and explaining them in plain language to clients who need clear options and actionable next steps.

Webb's experience is grounded in the local legal landscape. Practicing in New Hampshire has given him familiarity with state procedures and courtroom practices. He handles matters that require coordination with local agencies and other professionals, and he often supports clients through transactional processes as well as dispute-related work. He tends to emphasize careful preparation and practical risk assessment in each matter he accepts.

Outside case files, Webb’s background in business informs how he manages client relationships. He aims to align legal advice with clients’ operational goals and budgets. That means prioritizing efficient solutions and setting realistic expectations about timing and possible outcomes. He also values clear communication, preferring straightforward explanations over legalese.

He is currently an attorney at Hamblett & Kerrigan, PA. There he maintains a practice focused on serving clients in New Hampshire, applying his business and legal training to day-to-day problems and longer-term planning. Webb continues to work with individuals and organizations on legal matters that touch on business and regulatory concerns in the state.
