About Danya

Danya Bundy took an unconventional route into law. She began in the sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tulsa in 2011. Four years later she returned to the same campus to study law and received her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2018. Her academic background gives her a methodical approach to casework.

After law school she began practicing as a trial lawyer and founded Bundy Law in 2018. From the start she has focused on courtroom work. That early start at the helm of a practice thrust her into the procedural and strategic realities of trial practice. She handles pretrial preparation, evidentiary disputes and jury trials in state courts.

Bundy is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Arkansas. She maintains membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association and several national and regional organizations that reflect the contours of her work: the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Those affiliations keep her engaged with developments in both family and criminal law and provide regular professional exchange.

Colleagues describe her courtroom manner as straightforward. She breaks down complex issues into direct arguments for judges and juries. Her scientific training informs how she assesses evidence and prepares witnesses. On procedural questions she is comfortable arguing motions and addressing evidentiary challenges, and she spends considerable time on case investigation and client interviews.

Clients who come to Bundy Law typically face contested matters that require trial readiness. The office structure supports that kind of work; Bundy oversees litigation strategy while delegating research and motion drafting to her team. She balances case preparation with courtroom appearances, often shifting between hearings, mediations and trials in both Oklahoma and Arkansas jurisdictions.

As of 2026 she continues to lead Bundy Law. Her practice concentrates on criminal defense and family court matters, and she represents clients in trial and pretrial proceedings in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
