About Danielle Agnes
Danielle Agnes Peters earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Villanova University in 2000 and completed her Juris Doctor at Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2005. Her academic path combined classroom study with early practical exposure to courtroom procedure. The sequence set the stage for a career that moved quickly from the bench to the prosecutor’s office and then into private practice.
Fresh out of law school, she served as a law clerk to The Honorable Raymond Batton, J.S.C., on the New Jersey Superior Court in 2005. That yearlong clerkship gave her a close view of judicial decision-making and the mechanics of pretrial and trial practice. The experience also offered a front-row perspective on how judges evaluate evidence and shape legal arguments.
In 2006 she joined the Bucks County District Lawyer’s Office as a deputy district lawyer. In that role she handled courtroom duties and case preparation typical of a busy county office. The position required running files through from arraignment to disposition, conducting evidentiary hearings, and coordinating with investigators and victims. The work honed her handling of fast-moving calendars and sharpened her familiarity with trial procedure.
By 2010 she moved into private practice as a partner at Bloom Peters, LLC. As a partner she has carried a caseload that draws on her earlier courtroom experience. Her practice spans matters that arise in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She represents clients in litigation and manages cases through motion practice, discovery, and trial when necessary. Colleagues and opposing counsel describe her courtroom approach as direct and pragmatic.
Peters maintains active memberships in the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Those affiliations keep her connected to local court developments and continuing legal education offerings. She is comfortable in both state systems and regularly appears in county courthouses across the region.
