About Daniel
Daniel Zachariah earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and entered private practice soon after. He completed the academic rigors of law school in Philadelphia, where he built a foundation in legal research, writing and courtroom procedure. The Temple curriculum and clinical opportunities shaped his early approach to litigation and client advocacy.
After law school, Zachariah joined Lento Law Group, P.C. as a litigation associate in 2022. He began handling tasks that commonly fall to junior litigators: drafting pleadings and motions, assisting in discovery, preparing exhibits and coordinating with clients and experts. The position placed him on teams that managed contested matters and courtroom filings, giving him on-the-ground exposure to the pace of civil litigation in New Jersey courts.
Licensed to practice in New Jersey, Zachariah has focused his work on civil litigation. He has spent time developing case strategies, conducting factual investigations and preparing witnesses for depositions. His day-to-day work includes legal research, brief writing and courtroom preparation. He works under the supervision of senior attorneys at the firm and contributes to all stages of litigation, from pretrial discovery to motion practice.
Zachariah holds professional memberships that began in 2022 and have continued into his current practice. Those affiliations support ongoing education and provide regular opportunities to engage with peers and judges. He has participated in continuing legal education programs to stay current on procedural developments and substantive changes in state law.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in his file work and attentive in client communications. He balances detailed preparation with the need to move cases forward on tight schedules. In court, he supports trial teams and files substantive motions; outside of court he focuses on building the factual record and organizing materials for hearings.
Based at Lento Law Group, P.C., Zachariah has spent the years since 2022 focused on civil litigation matters in New Jersey. He continues to develop courtroom skills and handle litigation assignments at the firm while maintaining his bar standing in the state.
