About Daniel
Daniel Lippmann built a legal path that moves from language and business studies into courtroom work. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Business at Brigham Young University in 2005 after attending from 2002 to 2005. He then attended the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law from 2006 to 2009, receiving his J.D. in 2009.
Those academic years left him with a mix of practical and cultural perspective. His undergraduate training in Spanish and business informed how he approaches client conversations and case strategy. Law school at Boyd placed him in the Nevada legal community. He has been admitted to practice in Nevada and before the Federal Circuit.
His professional steps have been concentrated in Nevada. He moved into private practice and now operates out of Lipp Law. Court appearances, filings, and advocacy in state and federal venues form much of his day-to-day work. He represents clients in proceedings that require motion practice, written briefs, and oral argument.
Peers describe him as methodical in preparing cases and clear in courtroom presentations. He draws on business training when assessing documents and contracts. His Spanish language background also allows him to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and witnesses when a case requires it.
Over the years he has handled matters at different phases: intake and counseling, discovery, and trial preparation. That breadth helps him manage files from the early decision points through resolution. He is comfortable addressing procedural issues in Nevada courts and handling appellate filings where Federal Circuit rules apply.
At Lipp Law he manages client matters, oversees litigation preparation, and conducts hearings. He keeps a steady schedule of motion deadlines and court dates. As of 2026 his practice centers on cases in Nevada courts and matters brought before the Federal Circuit.
