About Daniel
Daniel Jeck earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1992, after completing a B.A. at Pennsylvania State University in 1989. He entered the legal profession at a time when trial practice in the region was adapting to new procedural trends and shifting case law. Those early years helped shape an approach that values courtroom readiness and careful case preparation.
Jeck is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He built his career in Philadelphia-area practice and rose through the ranks at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., where he serves as a shareholder. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and methodical in case development. Over the course of his career he has taken part in numerous bench and jury proceedings handled by his firm.
Memberships have been a consistent part of Jeck’s professional life. He belongs to the Pennsylvania State Bar and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of both the Pennsylvania and American Association for Justice. Those affiliations have kept him engaged with continuing legal education and developments in trial advocacy. They have also connected him to a community of lawyers who focus on litigation.
At his firm, Jeck shares responsibility for case strategy and trial preparation. He works alongside other shareholders and associates, contributing to the firm’s litigation docket. His work involves coordinating discovery, preparing witnesses, and presenting arguments in court. The firm’s structure places experienced trial lawyers together, and Jeck is part of that collaborative environment.
Clients and local counsel have noted his steadiness during trial work and his attention to procedural detail. He approaches each matter by assessing evidentiary strengths and weaknesses, then planning the steps necessary for effective presentation to factfinders. That practical, procedure-oriented approach has guided his courtroom practice over the years.
Outside the courtroom, Jeck has remained involved in bar activities that support trial practice and professional development. He takes part in association programs and attends events that address litigation trends. In 2026 he continues as a shareholder at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., where he handles litigation and trial matters on behalf of clients.
