About Daniel B
Daniel B Bottari earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. He entered the legal profession shortly after graduating and established his own practice a few years later. The early years of his career were spent building a small firm model that could handle both courtroom work and client counseling.
In 2014 he became the owner of Bottari & Doyle Lawyers at Law. He has overseen the firm’s operations since then, handling case intake, trial preparation and courtroom appearances. Running a downtown practice required him to move quickly between administrative duties and client work. He has said that the day-to-day decisions of running a law office sharpened his sense of priorities and how to allocate time across cases.
His courtroom work centers on criminal defense matters. He represents clients at various stages of the criminal process, from arraignment through trial. He has managed pretrial investigations, negotiated plea matters and taken cases to verdict when necessary. In court he seeks to test the government’s evidence and present alternative narratives to juries and judges. He also handles motions practice and evidentiary hearings when those avenues are required.
Outside the courtroom he prepares defenses, interviews witnesses and works with experts. That preparation often involves detailed review of police reports, forensic results and discovery materials. He meets with clients to map practical outcomes and to explain procedural steps. When cases settle, he focuses on terms that address both immediate legal exposure and the client’s longer-term reputation.
He maintains memberships in the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Those affiliations give him access to continuing legal education and peer networks. He attends seminars and regional meetings to stay current on changes in criminal law and procedure. The firm also coordinates with other local counsel when cases present multi-jurisdictional issues.
Colleagues describe his practice as hands-on. He handles litigation tasks personally and delegates administrative matters to support staff. That approach ensures he retains control of key legal strategies while keeping the firm operationally efficient. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and operates Bottari & Doyle Lawyers at Law from that office. He currently handles criminal defense cases and related matters.
