About Daniel A.

Daniel A. Zuniga trained in two different academic settings before entering the legal profession. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University in 1999. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2007. Those years of study provided both a foundation in analytical thinking and a law degree that launched his career in Florida.

After law school he established a practice in Florida and has worked on personal injury matters. He is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. Over time his work has focused on the range of claims that arise from accidents and injuries. He has represented clients who have faced the immediate aftermath of collisions as well as those coping with long-term consequences.

His background in economics informs how he approaches damages and case evaluation. That training helps in assessing lost wages, future earning capacity and other financial elements of a claim. He combines that analytical perspective with the procedural aspects learned in law school and in practice to prepare cases for negotiation or trial.

At PERSONAL INJURY OF FLORIDA he handles personal injury cases arising across the state. The matters he takes on commonly include motor vehicle crashes and premises-related injuries. He works with medical providers, accident reconstruction experts and other professionals when cases require technical input. He also manages the paperwork and deadlines that are critical in injury litigation so that clients’ claims remain viable.

Clients who come to him typically seek guidance through an unfamiliar and often stressful process. He explains the steps that follow an accident and the likely timelines for medical care, insurance responses and potential litigation. He prepares demand packages and represents clients in settlement discussions. When a case cannot be resolved through negotiation, he has prepared matters for court.

Outside the office he remains connected to developments in personal injury law through continuing legal education and routine review of caselaw that affects accident and insurance practice. He maintains his practice in Florida and continues to represent individuals in personal injury matters across the state. He currently practices personal injury law at PERSONAL INJURY OF FLORIDA, handling claims for injured people in Florida.
