About Greg
Greg Yaffa earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Richmond in 1998. He moved into private practice in the early 2000s and established roots in Florida. His education provided the foundation for a career spent largely in state courts and local legal organizations.
He began his post-law school career in the firm environment, listed as a lawyer at Cunningham Whalen & Gaspari in 2004. That early period gave him steady courtroom exposure and an opportunity to handle a range of matters typical for a young trial attorney. Over time he remained engaged in litigation and local bar activities rather than shifting away from practice into academia or government service.
Outside the office, Yaffa has been active in a number of professional and community groups. He holds membership in the Florida Justice Association and serves on the board of the Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Section. Locally, he is involved with the Palm Beach County Bar Association and leads its North County Section as president. He also serves on the board of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and maintains membership in the Palm Beach County Justice Association. Those roles have kept him closely connected to both volunteer legal services and the local legal community.
His office is located in Palm Beach Gardens, where he maintains his practice and meets with clients. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and engaged in the local bar’s affairs. He mixes trial work with organizational leadership and an ongoing commitment to service on nonprofit boards.
Yaffa practices in Florida and continues to work from the Palm Beach Gardens office, managing litigation and client matters in state courts. His current practice focuses on representing clients in matters heard in Florida courts.
