Daniel A. Stenson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1978. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Stenson earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 1978. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of the Pacific, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975. During his time at Berkeley, he graduated with highest honors, reflecting his dedication and academic excellence.
Mr. Stenson concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, wrongful death, products liability, civil litigation, employment law, medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Hill, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Oakland for five years.
