Daniel A. Gibalevich is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Gibalevich is the founder and managing attorney at DAG Law Firm, APC, a personal injury law firm located in Los Angeles, California. He has been practicing law for over 24 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Gibalevich earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2001. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Woodbury University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997.
Mr. Gibalevich concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other accident and injury claims. He represents individuals in matters involving car accidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bites, and more. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gibalevich has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at Medina Orthwein LLP and the Ottinger Law Firm, P.C., where he represented employees at all levels and in multiple industries.
Mr. Gibalevich is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California and the Bay Area Lawyers For Individual Freedom, the nation’s oldest LGBT bar association. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
