About Christopher Jude Bou

Christopher Jude Bou Saeed studied at the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2006. He later attended Washington and Lee University School of Law and received his J.D. in 2013. Those years framed his move from a broad undergraduate curriculum into the study of law. The shift set the stage for courtroom work and public defense service soon after graduation.

He joined the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s office in 2014 as a deputy public defender. In that role he represented clients at the trial and pretrial levels. He handled arraignments, motions and contested hearings, and he spent time in courtrooms across the county. The job exposed him to high-volume dockets and the practical demands of criminal advocacy for indigent defendants.

In 2020 he moved to CBS Law and took on the title of managing lawyer. The position combined casework and firm management duties. He balanced courtroom responsibilities with oversight of daily operations and the coordination of other attorneys and staff. The transition marked a step from public-sector practice into a private firm setting where administrative and supervisory tasks sit alongside client representation.

Bou Saeed is admitted to practice in California and maintains membership in the Arab American Lawyers Association of Southern California. He participates in professional circles that connect attorneys across practice areas and provide opportunities for continuing legal education and community outreach. Those affiliations reflect an interest in professional networks that support both legal practice and cultural engagement.

Today he is based at CBS Law. His practice draws on years of courtroom experience developed at the public defender’s office and refined in private practice. He handles criminal matters and related litigation, managing both client advocacy and aspects of firm operations. He currently practices at CBS Law, where his work centers on criminal defense and trial work.
