Dana Sack is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1980 and holds bar number 92425. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Sack is a partner at Sack Rosendin LLP, a law firm located in Oakland, California. He has been practicing law for over forty-five years, serving clients throughout the greater Oakland area and surrounding regions in Northern California.

Mr. Sack earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he graduated in 1980. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Harvard University, receiving an A.B. degree in 1976. During his time at UC Hastings, he was a member of the Law Review and participated in the school's clinical legal education program.

Mr. Sack concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, construction law, and general business law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving real estate acquisitions, leasing, construction financing, and corporate transactions. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sack has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Alameda, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Supreme Court. He has also appeared before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at several law firms in Oakland, including Donahue, Gallagher, Thomas & Woods, and Loubé, Lowen & Sack.

Mr. Sack is an active member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He holds membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a certified mediator through the Alameda County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Sack is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Northern California effectively.
