About Damon
Damon Kirschbaum studied government and political theory as an undergraduate at Skidmore College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1992. He went on to attend Quinnipiac University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1998. Those years shaped an interest in how law and policy intersect, and they provided the foundational training that would guide his career in Connecticut.
He began practicing after law school and built a local practice in Connecticut. Over time he assumed increasing responsibility for case management and client relations. Today he serves as the managing lawyer at Kirschbaum Law Group, LLC. In that role he handles both the business side of running a small firm and the legal work that comes through the office.
As a managing lawyer, Kirschbaum divides his time between supervising staff, advising clients, and directing the firm’s files. He is involved in the practical details of litigation and client counseling, and he also oversees administrative tasks that keep the practice functioning. Colleagues and clients rely on him for firm-level decisions as well as for guidance on individual matters.
Kirschbaum maintains memberships in professional associations. He participates in the local bar community and in organized activities that support the practice of law in Connecticut. Those memberships provide contacts and resources he uses in day-to-day practice, and they keep him connected to changes in rules and procedure that affect clients.
Outside the office he has balanced the demands of leading a firm with the routine obligations of an attorney practicing in a single jurisdiction. His educational background in political theory and his legal training inform how he approaches problems and how he frames options for clients. He places emphasis on clear communication, careful file management, and pragmatic advice.
He is based in Connecticut and leads Kirschbaum Law Group, LLC, where he practices law and serves the local community.
