About Justin
Justin Marti moved from business into law after nearly a decade working in practice management and healthcare operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 2003 and completed his Juris Doctor at Western New England University School of Law in 2017. Those two degrees bookend a career that began in the private sector and later took a legal turn.
Marti's early professional life centered on building and running a business. In 2008 he was a co-founder, partner and managing director of Dr. Dental, a role he held while the enterprise grew. That hands-on management experience led him into advisory and leadership positions. In 2018 he served as a principal at Elite Practice Partners, and a year later he launched his own legal practice as Lawyer and Principal of Marti Law Group, LLC.
The shift from management to law is practical rather than abrupt. Marti spent years dealing with operational issues, contracts, and regulatory questions in a business setting. He then brought that perspective into a legal career, handling matters that intersect with business realities. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and runs his practice out of the firm he founded in 2019.
