About Dallas
Dallas LePierre earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Leo College in 2009 and completed his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School in 2012. He finished law school during a period of broad change in the legal market, then moved into the practice of law in Florida. His educational path put him on a steady course toward classroom training and practical work that many young lawyers pursue after graduation.
After law school, LePierre became licensed to practice in Florida. He joined NDH Lawyers as an associate. The move placed him inside a firm environment where associates typically take on a mix of legal research, drafting, and client work. As an attorney in that setting he has handled the kinds of routine and more complex tasks that support case progress and client representation.
At NDH Lawyers LePierre’s work has included drafting pleadings and motions, preparing legal research memoranda, and assisting with discovery. He has supported colleagues in preparing for hearings and trials. Those responsibilities require attention to procedural detail and an ability to translate complex legal issues into clear written submissions.
Colleagues describe the associate role as one that combines behind-the-scenes preparation with occasional public-facing duties. LePierre’s tenure at the firm has involved both. He has joined client meetings and assisted in strategy sessions, while also managing the daily flow of paperwork and deadlines that keep cases moving forward.
His practice is based in Florida, where state law and local court procedures shape the work. He maintains the licenses required to represent clients in that jurisdiction. The combination of a George Washington Law degree and immediate practice in Florida gives him a blend of academic training and on-the-job experience.
LePierre remains an associate at NDH Lawyers. He continues to work on matters for the firm’s clients and to handle the research, drafting, and case-preparation tasks that define the associate’s role in a law office. He currently practices in Florida as an associate at NDH Lawyers, representing the firm’s clients and supporting litigation and client matter preparation.
