Cynthia Lynn Counts is the founder and managing attorney at Counts Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia. She has dedicated her career to business law, while also practicing in employment law, intellectual property, and appeals and appellate law. The firm, established in 2000, serves clients, addressing various legal needs across multiple sectors. Cynthia earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Georgia School of Law in 1989. Before that, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985.

Her professional journey began in 1992 when she worked as an associate at a law firm. After several years, she advanced to another associate position in 1998, gaining experience in different areas of law.
