Following her undergraduate education, she pursued her Juris Doctorate at the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 1999. While in law school, Ms. Hinds distinguished herself in Moot Court competitions, securing several first-place awards that showcased her advocacy skills. After completing her law degree, Ms. Hinds returned to Las Vegas to begin her legal career at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. There, she developed her skills in appellate law, preparing briefs and responding to motions for credit for time served, as well as post-conviction petitions for writs of habeas corpus. Her tenure at the District Attorney’s Office also involved drafting legislation that was ultimately enacted into state law, further demonstrating her commitment to the legal profession and community.
In 2001, Ms. Hinds took a significant step by founding her own practice, focusing on criminal defense and personal injury cases. She has represented clients in many criminal matters, including DUIs, drug offenses, and theft charges.
