About Craig Aaron
Craig Aaron Levine is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Levine serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, LLC, a leading provider of laundry facilities management services for multifamily housing properties, including apartment complexes, condominiums, college and university residence halls, and military bases throughout the United States and Canada. The company's headquarters are located in Torrance, California.
Mr. Levine earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2006. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Tufts University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2003. During his time at USC Gould, he was a member of The Southern California Law Review, and at Tufts, he was recognized for his academic excellence.
Mr. Levine specializes in business law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law, joint ventures, and contractual matters. He has been instrumental in guiding WASH through numerous successful transactions, including acquisitions and strategic ventures. His expertise encompasses all stages of legal work, including negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing strategic legal counsel to the company's executive team and board of directors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Levine has handled cases in various courts, including state and federal courts, and has been involved in numerous corporate transactions and legal proceedings. Prior to joining WASH, he was a member of the Corporate Practice Group at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell, LLP in Los Angeles, where he served as WASH's outside legal counsel for many years. Notably, he provided general counsel in connection with the reorganization of WASH by CHS Capital in 2008, as well as WASH's acquisitions of several companies between 2008 and 2012.
Mr. Levine is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He has been recognized for his contributions to the legal field, including being named a "Southern California Rising Star" by Southern California Super Lawyers in Los Angeles Magazine from 2009 to 2013. He is also involved in mentoring law students and recent graduates, contributing to the development of the next generation of legal professionals.
