About Corey

Corey Morris earned a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Louisville in 2015. He continued his studies at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2018. Those years framed his entry into Ohio’s legal community and laid the groundwork for his early legal work.

After law school, Morris moved quickly into public service. In 2019 he served as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Cincinnati. The role put him in court regularly. He handled matters that required quick legal analysis and daily interaction with municipal procedures. That experience sharpened his courtroom skills and exposed him to the practical realities of city-level prosecution.

Two years later he launched his own practice. In 2021 he opened Corey Morris Law. As a solo practitioner he managed casework, client intake, and the business side of a small firm. Running a solo practice required him to wear many hats. He balanced litigation tasks with the administrative work of operating a law office.

Morris’s practice is rooted in the Ohio bar and its procedures. He has developed practical familiarity with local courts and filings. His work history reflects a blend of public sector experience and private practice management. Colleagues and clients have noted his straightforward approach to case preparation and courtroom presence.

Outside court, Morris applies the skills from his political science background to legal problem solving. He communicates plainly and emphasizes clear explanations for clients. He also participates in professional circles and maintains active membership in legal associations.

He continues to serve clients through Corey Morris Law and remains based in Ohio. He currently practices at Corey Morris Law, serving clients in Ohio.
