About Connie

Connie Haden earned her law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. She left law school prepared for practice, having studied the core subjects that shape day-to-day legal work and courtroom procedure. Those formative years established the technical foundation she would use in private practice.

Haden built her career in a small-firm setting. She is an attorney at The Law Office of Haden & Haden, where she has practiced for several years. Her approach is pragmatic. She places emphasis on clear explanations and practical options. Clients who come to her often want straightforward answers and usable strategies. She focuses on listening first, then advising on next steps.

Her work encompasses the routine and the complex tasks that occupy many lawyers’ calendars. She prepares pleadings and transactional documents, counsels clients on procedural choices, and handles negotiations on their behalf. She has experience representing clients in hearings and managing discovery. Those responsibilities require both attention to detail and an ability to communicate clearly under pressure.

In the office she leans on methodical preparation. She breaks down cases into manageable parts and sets timelines that keep matters moving. On tough days that means long hours reviewing documents. On typical days it means meeting deadlines and staying in touch with clients. Her workflow reflects the realities of running matters at a small firm: wearing several hats, coordinating outside vendors when needed, and tailoring solutions to each client’s circumstances.

Outside of casework, Haden is invested in keeping current on developments that affect her practice. She reads legal updates and participates in continuing legal education. That effort helps her spot changes in procedure or statute that could affect clients’ rights or obligations.

Today she practices at The Law Office of Haden & Haden, serving individual clients and businesses. Her current practice focuses on providing pragmatic legal counsel and managing litigation and transactional matters for clients of the firm.
