About Colleen Rachel
Colleen Rachel Stumpf earned her B.S. in International Business and Finance from Grove City College in 2003. She continued her legal studies at Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law and received her J.D. in 2006. Her academic path combined business and law, a background that informs how she approaches client matters.
She joined Quinn Law Office after law school and has served as a shareholder there since 2006. Her time at the firm spans two decades. She has worked alongside other lawyers at the firm on matters brought in local and regional courts.
