About Colleen Rachel
Colleen Rachel Stumpf earned her B.S. in International Business and Finance from Grove City College in 2003. She continued her legal studies at Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law and received her J.D. in 2006. Her academic path combined business and law, a background that informs how she approaches client matters.
