About Clark H.
Clark H. Henderson built his legal foundation across three schools before entering practice. He earned an Associate of Arts from Jones County Junior College in 2003, a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama in 2007, and a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2011. Those years shaped his early interest in courtroom work and dispute resolution.
Henderson began his practical legal experience while still a student. In 2010 he served as a legal intern for The Honorable Laura Petro and also worked as an ADR legal intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Earlier, in 2006, he worked as a staff assistant at the University of South Alabama Mitchell Center. Those roles gave him exposure to both administrative processes and the procedural demands of litigation.
After law school he moved into private practice. His first position was as an associate at Talty Law Office in 2011. A year later he joined James C. Campbell, P.A. as an associate. In 2014 he became a partner at Campbell & Henderson, PLLC. He later transitioned to practice at Oberliesen & Henderson. Over this period he handled matters in state and federal court and worked on cases that required coordination with administrative agencies.
Henderson is licensed to practice in both Florida and Alabama. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Memberships include the American Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association, both since 2011, and the Okaloosa/Walton County Bar Association since 2012. He maintains an active presence in those local and national bar groups.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in the courtroom and methodical in case preparation. That description reflects years spent moving from intern to associate to partner. His early ADR work at the EEOC and his federal-court admissions have informed how he approaches litigation strategy and settlement discussions. He has balanced trial work with pretrial advocacy and client counseling throughout his career.
He currently practices at Oberliesen & Henderson, handling matters in state and federal courts and working with clients on litigation and administrative disputes.
