About Clark

Clark Dray built his path to the law at The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2009. He arrived at law school already interested in how courts shape people's financial lives. The classroom years framed that interest into a practical direction.

After law school Dray established roots in Colorado. In 2011 he opened The Law Office of Clark Daniel Dray and took on the administrative and courtroom duties that come with running a small practice. Over time the office expanded its physical footprint across the Denver-Boulder metro area. The multiple offices reflect an emphasis on local presence and accessibility.

Dray’s practice centers on consumer bankruptcy. He represents individuals through the process of filing petitions, attending hearings and handling creditor meetings. He also works on related matters that often accompany financial distress, including negotiating with creditors and advising on the consequences of different debt-relief options. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing cases and straightforward in explaining legal choices to clients.

Professional associations have been part of Dray’s career. He holds membership in the Colorado Consumer Bankruptcy Association and in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers. Those memberships keep him connected to developments in bankruptcy practice and to a community of attorneys who handle similar matters across the country. He participates in meetings and training forums offered through those groups.

Running a small, multi-office firm has required Dray to balance direct client work with the operational side of practice. He has overseen intake systems, worked with paralegals and handled the logistics of calendaring across several courthouses. The firm’s locations include offices in Broomfield, Denver, Boulder, Park Meadows, Louisville, Littleton, Golden and Greenwood Village, where clients can meet attorneys and staff in person.

Over the years Dray has worked with clients at different stages of financial difficulty. Some arrive seeking immediate relief from mounting bills. Others come looking for a long-term plan to manage obligations more sustainably. He approaches each matter by reviewing the facts, laying out procedural steps and helping clients understand both short-term and lasting effects of a bankruptcy filing.

Outside the office Dray has stayed connected to the legal community through continuing legal education and association activities. His practice continues to center on consumer bankruptcy matters in Colorado. He represents individuals and families in bankruptcy and related debt-relief issues in Colorado.
