About Aaron
Aaron Ganss grew up curious about ideas. He turned that curiosity into study of philosophy at Southern Utah University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 2018. He then moved to Colorado for law school, taking his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2021.
After law school he took the steps required to practice in Colorado. He joined the Colorado State Bar and became active in the Mesa County Bar. He spent the early part of his career learning the practical side of running a small practice. That learning curve included managing client intake, case preparation and the everyday logistics that keep a law office functioning.
In 2022 he founded Ganss Law, LLC and took on the role of owner. Starting his own firm allowed him to design a practice around how he thinks clients should be served. He oversees the firm’s operations and handles client matters himself. Colleagues in Mesa County know him for being present in local bar activities and for taking on the responsibilities small-firm ownership requires.
Ganss’s legal education and early practice years coincided with shifts in court operations and in how clients access legal services. He adapted to those changes in real time. He is comfortable in court and in advisory settings. He prepares pleadings, manages discovery and appears in hearings. He also handles client counseling and case planning from initial consult through resolution.
Peers describe him as methodical. He approaches problems by breaking them into parts. He reads statutes and case law carefully. He explains options to clients in plain language. That style suits the kinds of matters his firm sees and helps clients make informed decisions.
Outside the office he remains connected to the legal community through the Colorado State Bar and the Mesa County Bar. He attends local bar events and participates in programs that keep him current on changes in state law and practice procedures.
He now leads Ganss Law, LLC as owner and attorney. He concentrates his practice on representing clients in Colorado through Ganss Law, LLC.
