About Christopher W.

Christopher W. Koschier built his legal foundation in the classroom and then moved into the courtroom. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications from William Paterson University in 2013. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Dickinson School of Law in 2016. Those years framed an interest in the practical side of criminal law and how advocacy plays out for individual clients.

After law school, Koschier focused his practice on criminal defense. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and appears in state courts on behalf of people charged with a range of offenses. His work covers routine arraignments and bail hearings as well as contested jury trials. He has handled matters that require quick tactical decisions and others that need longer-term strategy.

Koschier established The Law Offices of Christopher Koschier, Esq. to provide direct representation for clients facing criminal charges. He handles client interviews, drafts motions, negotiates with prosecutors, and presents defenses at trial. The office serves clients at various stages of the criminal process. In that role he combines courtroom advocacy with the everyday tasks that keep a small law practice functional.

He keeps up ties to professional networks through current memberships in bar-related associations and local legal organizations. Those connections offer access to continuing legal education and a forum for discussing changes in criminal procedure and evidence law. He also uses those resources to refine litigation techniques and stay current on statutory and case-law developments in Pennsylvania.

Colleagues describe Koschier as someone who prepares methodically for hearings and trials. He spends time reviewing discovery and exploring factual issues that may be useful in negotiations or at trial. He works directly with clients to explain the options before them. That direct contact is a constant part of how the practice operates.

In private practice Koschier handles cases across the criminal calendar, from minor offenses to serious felonies. He represents clients in Pennsylvania criminal matters and manages the full spectrum of defense work from pretrial motions to courtroom advocacy. He currently represents clients in criminal defense matters in Pennsylvania.
