About Christopher
Christopher Soileau began his legal path in Houston. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Houston in 2003 and completed his J.D. at South Texas College of Law in 2006. Those years put him in the courtroom culture of Texas as he prepared to enter practice.
After law school he moved into litigation and court work. Over time he built a practice that led him to establish and run his own firm. He serves as the managing lawyer of The Soileau Law Office, P.C., overseeing daily operations and case strategy. The role has required him to wear multiple hats: attorney, manager and client counselor.
Soileau is licensed to practice in Texas and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He holds memberships in professional associations that reflect the courtroom side of his work, including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Christian Trial Lawyers Association and the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association. Those affiliations place him among attorneys who frequently litigate and handle contested proceedings.
Colleagues describe him as someone who spends a lot of time preparing for hearings and trials. He regularly appears in state and federal courts, handling evidentiary hearings, motions and bench and jury trials. He approaches each file with a clear preference for thorough preparation and factual development. That approach informs how cases are evaluated and pursued in court.
Running a small firm means Soileau is involved in case intake, motion practice and courtroom advocacy. He supervises litigation strategy while managing client communication and administrative matters. The practice handles contested matters that require formal court appearances and detailed advocacy before judges and juries.
Outside courtrooms he maintains ties to local legal communities through his association memberships. Those connections keep him current on procedural changes and trial developments in Houston and the surrounding region. He also uses them as a resource when complex procedural questions arise in cases.
He practices from The Soileau Law Office, P.C., representing clients in matters that go before state and federal judges. He currently focuses his practice on trial work and litigation in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
