Christopher John Skorina is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Skorina is the managing attorney at Skorina Law, P.C., a law firm located in Laguna Niguel, California. He has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Skorina earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where he graduated in 1990. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in 1986. During his time at Boalt Hall, he participated in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's National Program and the Advanced Advocates Program.

Mr. Skorina concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury law, business law, real estate, and construction litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving serious personal injuries, wrongful death, business disputes, real estate transactions, and construction-related issues. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Skorina has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at Mosher & Skorina, P.C. in Mission Viejo, California.

Mr. Skorina is an active member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California. He has served as a judicial clerk to California trial courts and has lectured on various litigation subjects, including evidence and discovery issues. In addition, he served as president of the Rotary Club of Mission Viejo during the 2018-2019 term.
