Christopher C. Walton is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California in 2004, holding. He is the founder and managing partner of Walton Law, A.P.C., a law firm with offices in San Diego, California, and Bellingham, Washington. Mr. Walton earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2003, graduating cum laude. During his time at California Western, he received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for superior academic achievement and the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Trial Practice, Advanced Mediation Advocacy, and his Clinical Internship. He completed his undergraduate studies at Western Washington University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001 and achieving placement on the President’s Honor List.

He represents clients in various stages of legal proceedings, including litigation, appeals, negotiations, and trials. His experience encompasses handling cases involving workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and premises liability claims, as well as elder abuse and neglect in nursing homes.

Throughout his career, Mr. Walton has been admitted to practice before multiple courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. He has been recognized for his legal expertise and advocacy, being selected to the Super Lawyers list each year since 2013, an honor awarded to only 5% of lawyers. In 2020, he received the Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
