Charles Sanford Roseman is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California in 1972, holding. His license is currently active. Mr. Roseman is the founder of the Law Offices of Charles S. Mr. Roseman earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1971. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Northridge, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1968. During his time at the University of San Diego, he was a member of the Moot Court.
Mr. Roseman concentrates his practice in personal injury law, representing individuals in cases involving catastrophic injuries, product liability, professional malpractice, civil rights violations, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, elder abuse, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) violations. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Roseman has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. In addition to his litigation practice, he has served as a Judge Pro Tem in Municipal and Superior Courts since the 1970s and has acted as an arbitrator and mediator in the San Diego County Superior Court since 1988. He is also a founding partner of i2i Resolutions, offering dispute resolution services.
Mr. Roseman is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Western Trial Lawyers Association. He has served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego County Legal Aid Society, Big Brothers of San Diego County, Homeys Youth Foundation, and San Diego Hebrew Day School. He was an Associate National Commissioner for the Anti-Defamation League and has served as the President of B’nai B’rith (Breitbard Lodge) and Tifereth Israel Synagogue. Mr. Roseman is fluent in multiple languages, including Farsi, French, German, Hebrew, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Armenian, Turkish, and Bulgarian, enabling him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
